  1. Several preachers seem to make it look as though anyone who misses the Rapture is automatically going to Hell for eternity regardless and no questions asked. I already know that most likely I will miss the rapture because I am not perfect. Especially as there could easily be hundreds if not thousands of commandments in God’s entire law. I even already decided a long time ago that I am never, ever taking the mark of the beast (the RFID chip) at all. Even if it means either getting executed, or spending 7 years hiding out in the Amazon rainforest, living on river water and home-grown fruits and vegetables for 7 years, all while waiting for Jesus to officially return to the Earth.

    • Nobody is perfect. Putting your trust In Jesus is the only way to make the rapture.

    • @mike… You are right Mike. No one is Perfect, no not One. But we do have a Perfect Savior, Jesus Christ. He came to fulfill the law and, so now you are Saved by Faith and Not condemned by the law. So all you have to do is accept Christ as your Personal Savior (Romans 10:9) and Repent (turn) of any sin and if you sin? Just ask Jesus to forgive you and he always will. (1 John 1:9). Therefore, you are Now Rapture Ready.

    • @Mike. Mind you here on earth is mercy only available and now alone. Then, there will not be mercy again! There is the grace now that we are alive and now that Christ has not appeared. PLEASE, do not wait until then when you will be fixed out wherever you might be hiding. Mind you there will not be an hiding place where CCTV (Camera) is all over and the ruling of supernatural or do you think the rulership of the earth then would be human being ordinarily like you? No! Not at all. Kindly find time and read the book of Revelation through and always pray for the grace to be caught up with the Lord even in the first appearance (rapture). Renounce all your sins, do not go back to them again and confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Know fully well that nobody is perfect but by HIS perfection we are made to become an heir with him. Peace be unto you!

    • My Beloved don’t pray to witness the GREAT TRIBULATION because Jesus made it clear that it will be very difficult for even the elected one to endure that season. Matthew 24:21-22.

  2. Mike: The Bible tells us about Salvation and I recommend you check out and contact Greg Laurie at and also

When you are saved, you are as they say, born again! You are considered a new creation:

Your first step is to believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is the son of God, who came to earth (living in a human body), was crucified and died for your sins, and then rose again on the 3rd day.

    Believe upon Jesus
Believing upon Jesus (the right Jesus) is a necessity to being saved: John 3:18, “He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”

Second, confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus Christ (affirm your belief verbally). This is usually what we refer to as the sinner’s prayer.

    We must repent
We must turn from our wicked ways: Luke 5:32, “I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” and also Luke 13:3, “I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.”

    Be born again
We must be born again: John 3:3, “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

If you continue reading in John chapter 3 verses 14 through 21 tells you how you can become born again. Verse 16 pretty much tells you what you need to do: John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

It is important to know that we are not saved by our works, but by faith in Christ Jesus and the work that He did for us:

Not by works, but by faith in Jesus

Titus 3:5, “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.”

Our sins are paid for by the Blood of Jesus and nothing less will do:

Matthew 26:28, “For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”

Do not try to ‘earn’ your salvation or forgiveness of sins… you must realize that it is by faith in Christ that saves you, not your works! Good works should follow naturally as you grow in your relationship with God (after all, we will become more like Him as we grow spiritually), but that by no means will justify you of past sins.

Does God really forgive sins freely?

Yes! There are a couple accounts in the Bible I would like to point out:

Luke 7:47-50, “Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little. And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven. And they that sat at meat with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgiveth sins also? And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace.”

Another great story is when Jesus was on the cross and the man next to him (a murderer) basically asked Jesus to remember him when He enters his kingdom:

Luke 23:42-43, “And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.”

Did either of those people work to earn their forgiveness? No!

What do I do now that I’m saved?

After being born again, it is important to cultivate your new relationship with Christ Jesus. You do this by spending time in God’s Word on a daily bases. I recommend starting out in the book of John in the New Testament. As you meditate (that is to dwell upon) God’s Word, it will begin to change the way you think. Your mind will be renewed and transformed and strongholds (old thinking patterns) begin to come down… this is vital to your spiritual freedom and wholeness!

Romans 12:2, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

Ephesians 5:25-27, “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.”

the Bible says, we must be well aware of the love of God in order to experience His fullness:

Ephesians 3:17-19, “That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.”

    God Bless you Mike.

    Beware of the ‘wrong Jesus’
Warning against ‘another Jesus’: 2 Corinthians 11:4, “For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.”

The true Jesus would be born of a virgin: Isaiah 7:14, “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.” (Also see Matthew 1:23) Mormonism for example, believes that the Father (which in their belief is Adam who became a god) came down physically and mated with his ‘spirit daughter’ Mary and out came Jesus’ body. Their Jesus resulted from INCEST and NOT from a virgin birth! They also believe that Satan and Jesus are brothers! That is a mockery to the true Jesus!

Jesus (the right Jesus) is the ONLY way to heaven: John 10:1, 9, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber… I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” John 14:6, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Beware of religions that appear to be good
Warning about Satan’s ministers appearing to be righteous: 2 Corinthians 11:14, 15, “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”

Beware of angels giving revelations contrary to God’s Word: Another thing I’d like to point out is that the Mormon’s “revelation” came from an angel (a fallen angel by the name of Moroni), and in Galatians 1:8 it directly warns us against an angel giving us a revelation that doesn’t line up with God’s Word, “But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.”

I notice that many of the comments are about people claiming not to be perfect. Well, that is what Jesus demands from us, to be perfect as He himself is perfect. We must be holy as He is holy. He further told us in the Scriptures that without Holiness none of us shall see God.

      • Juanito Mateo

If you are trying to be holy by your own effort, it is a futile exercise. The only holiness that God recognizes and accept is the holiness of Jesus Christ who fulfilled all the requirements of the law. If you truly repent from your sin and accept Jesus Christ into your heart as Savior. He will come in and be with you (Revelation 3:20). His holiness will be imparted to you (2 Corinthians 5:17). It is Christ in you who can help you overcome sinful things and change your thinking, speech, attitude and actions. Jesus Christ is the only way to God. Without Him you are lost. Blessing.

      • You have given a good summation of the holiness a christian must have.

    • evangelist E. Richmond King

my brother God will bless u. without holiness no man can see Matthew 5:48. no unrighteous person will enter heaven.

      • Truth, what the Lord is saying in this verse is His righteousness imputed to a person who repents and receives Him as his personal Savior and Lord.

    • Paulos, The wonderful thing about the grace of God, the unmerited favor of God, is that He cleanses us and He clothes us. It is all of Him. Just as Abraham believed God and it was counted to him as righteousness, if we are in Christ, we receive the righteousness of Christ. “Blessed is the man against whom the LORD counts no iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit.” Psalm 32:2 We must be found “In Christ” to be safe.
